Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped 6 days after an order placement on standard business days ( Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding public holidays).
All orders within Lagos state, Nigeria are expected to arrive the same day of shipment, outside Lagos 1-4 working days and outside Nigeria, 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Carriers
The following courier partners are used to deliver your orders
- DHL for interstate and international deliveries
- GIG logistics for pick up outside Lagos
- Easy dispatch for Lagos deliveries
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the courier partner, you will be updated with the information. Please note that deliveries within Lagos do not usually come with tracking numbers
Missing orders
In the event that your package does not arrive at the estimated shipping time, please contact one of our representatives and provide your order information.
A complaint will be lodged with the courier company and a proper investigation carried out.
In a situation where we are unable to locate your parcel through no fault of your own, the brand will gladly replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.
Please note: You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are based on locations and will be shown and included in your bill before the final checkout.
Backorder
If an item is ordered while it is out of stock, it will be shipped soon as it becomes available.
